Envelopes are lovingly made by hand and great care is taken with each. Slight imperfections and variations may exist in make and measurements due to the vintage materials used; these should not be considered flaws. The envelope(s) you purchase will be completely unique and one of a kind.

All orders are final sale. We are unable to accommodate returns. For any questions, concerns, or if there is an issue with your order, please send a message within three days of delivery to hi@envelopes.nyc .



SHIPPING

All orders are processed via Shippo and mailed out within two Weeks of receipt. Confirmation and tracking information will be provided.

We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment that show delivered through the tracking number. Claims for any of the previous must be filed with the shipping service provider used. 

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. For international orders or custom inquiries, please email hi@envelopes.nyc . 



PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely and confidentially through Stripe and PayPal. No personal information is stored or kept.

All orders local to the state of New York will be charged sales tax.
